Return Policy

At TSB the Shipping Box, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products, even in the resale market. We understand the importance of transparency. To ensure that our customers have a positive and risk-free experience, we have implemented the following Quality Control Return Policy.

Eligibility for Return

  • Condition upon Receipt: All products must be returned in the condition they were sold. Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Time Frame for Returns: Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving the product. Any return requests made after this period will not be honored, unless special circumstances (such as transit delays) apply, in which case an exception

  • Upon receiving a returned item, our quality control team will inspect the product to verify its condition. This process includes:

    • Product Verification: Ensuring the item matches the product details originally sold (including model number, serial number, etc.).

    • Condition Assessment: Reviewing the product for any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

    • Functionality Check: For items such as electronics or machinery, a full operational check will be conducted to confirm functionality.

Return Denial

If the returned item fails to meet the conditions outlined above, the return may be denied. The following reasons may result in a denial of the return:

  • Signs of wear, damage, or alterations not disclosed at the time of sale.

  • Missing accessories, components, or documentation that were included in the original purchase.

  • Products returned after the return period (30 days) without prior approval for an extension.

Return Shipping

Customers are able to contact us to arrange pick up of their return.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

Refund Process

Once the item has passed the quality control inspection, a refund will be issued through the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the item is returned due to a defect or an error on our part, the customer will receive a full refund, including original shipping charges.

For other eligible returns, a refund will be issued for the product price only, excluding shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.
